CHOICE HOMEWATCH POLICIES

  • Choice Homewatch and its employees agree to provide services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the customer expressly waives any and all claims against Choice Homewatch or its employees, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of Choice Homewatch.
  • Choice Homewatch cannot be held responsible for any damage cost to lawn, plants, pool or any outside furniture.
  • Choice Homewatch will not be responsible for the death or damage of any indoor or outdoor plants for any reason.
  • Choice Homewatch will not be responsible for the loss of any trash or recycle receptacles due to wind or any act of nature.
  • Choice Homewatch will not be responsible for any property damage (inside or out) due to any act of nature.
  • Choice Homewatch will not be responsible for any keys the customer has asked to be mailed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be received within 48 hours of a scheduled visit or a cancellation fee of $30 will apply. Choice Homewatch reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.

BUSINESS HOURS:

Business and visiting hours fall between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm and services are usually completed during this time unless there are scheduling conflicts. Choice Homewatch will not accept time specific calls as we cannot guarantee specific times accurately. A four-hour window is acceptable.

EMERGENCIES:

Customer agrees to authorize Choice Homewatch to handle any emergencies that may arise. Choice Homewatch will make every effort to contact customer. In the event customer cannot be contacted, customer authorizes Choice Homewatch to use their best judgment and to be available at a rate of $50 per hour to oversee the circumstances.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT:

Payment is expected before services are rendered unless otherwise arranged. In the event of additional unforeseen visits or other costs (such as supplies, etc.), payment is expected within 10 days of the completion of services or a late charge of $30 will be applied.

BAD CHECK POLICY:

A $30 fee is assessed on all returned checks. All fees are due promptly and must be paid via a major credit card, debit card or personal check.

By signing the Choice Homewatch Service Agreement, the customer fully understands and agrees to the contents of these Choice Homewatch Policies.
